A FORMER cricket pavilion with a spectacular view of Bournemouth’s old Dean Park ground has been reopened as a venue for training and conferences.
Dean Park Training will be both a base for coaching people who work in early years education and a venue for hire to businesses.
The business has been set up by Dean Park Day Nursery and Park School, which bought the former Dorset and Hampshire cricket ground in 2014.
The pavilion, which has been out of use since the 1980s and was boarded up, looks out over 6.5 acres of sports fields. It has been refurbished and renamed the Gallery, which can accommodate around 40 people with its main venue plus breakout rooms.
Dean Park Training, the new start-up venture in association with Dean Park Day Nursery and Park School, is proud to announce the launch of the Gallery at Cooper Dean Pavilion.
DPT will deliver inspirational
bespoke training and exclusive meeting and conference space in the newly
refurbished Gallery at the Cooper Dean Pavilion on the Dean Park grounds.
This unique and historic room looks out over the
spacious 6.5 acres of former Dorset and Hampshire cricket ground which has
hosted players like WG Grace, Prince Ranjitsinhji and Prince Philip. Following sensitive restoration, the Gallery
is open again for the first time in over two decades and the team at DPT invite
Park School and Park School Nursery parents alongside educators and local
businesses for a celebratory glass of Prosecco to welcome a new stage in our
building’s history.
