Celebrating Our Latest Inspection Report
We are proud to share the fantastic outcome of our most recent Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) inspection, which confirmed that Park School has successfully met every required standard.
The inspection, which took place in February 2026, reviewed all aspects of school life, including leadership and management, the quality of education, pupils’ wellbeing, and safeguarding. The result reflects our continued commitment to providing a high-quality, well-rounded education within a nurturing and supportive environment.
Inspectors recognised both our strong academic provision and the distinctive culture that defines daily life at Park. In particular, the report highlighted the values that are at the heart of our community:
“Leaders successfully embed the values of politeness, ambition, resilience and kindness (PARK). Staff reinforce these values to help pupils develop their character.
Our commitment to excellence begins from the earliest stages of education. The inspection praised our Reception provision for offering a wide range of meaningful activities that help children build confidence in early literacy and numeracy, make strong progress, and prepare successfully for the transition into Year 1.
This achievement reinforces our position as a leading independent preparatory school in Dorset, where pupils are not only academically well-prepared for their next steps, but also supported to grow into confident, capable and compassionate individuals.
